Welcome to Airquire! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Airquire provides a platform to connect users who wish to purchase items from other countries ("Shoppers") with users who are travelling and can purchase and deliver those items ("Travellers"). We are not a retailer and do not take ownership of any items.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not request, offer, or transport any items that are illegal in either the origin or destination country. This includes, but is not limited to, narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, and live animals. A detailed list of prohibited items is available in our Help Center.

5. Fees and Payments

We charge a service fee for each transaction. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Funds are held in escrow and released to the Traveller only after the Shopper confirms receipt of the item.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airquire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the site. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
